Probe Packages for Microarrays
The package matchprobes relies on these data packages to describe
probe sequences and other pertinent information for microarrays.
The data packages provide a uniform interface to this type of
data, somewhat independent of the particular file format from the
array manufacturer and the array technology.
These packages must be installed after being
downloaded. You may want to refer to the FAQ to know more about how
to install a package if you have a doubt.
All of the Bioconductor probe packages are available in the third
column of the main metadata page.
