Abstract

MsBackendRawFileReader implements an MsBackend for the Spectra package using Thermo Fisher Scientific’s NewRawFileReader .Net libraries. The package is generalizing the functionallity provided by the rawrr. The vignette utilizes data provided through the tartare package.
