Metadata Packages
The Bioconductor project provides many different meta-data packages. Most of them are oriented towards a particular microarray. There are meta-data packages for most Affymetrix chips, Agilent chips and many popular cDNA arrays. Please follow the installation instructions. In case of problems consult the FAQ and be sure that you have chosen packages that correspond to your version of Bioconductor.
