Ph.D.-Course: Statistical Analysis of Microarray Expression Data with R and Bioconductor
The course takes place from Monday, November 5 to
Friday, November 9, 2007. The lectures and exercises
will take place at the University of Copenhagen (Nørre
Campus). The precise location will be announced later.
The course will be organized with a 3-4 hour lecture
session in the morning and after lunch there will be a
supervised computer exercise session each day based on
the morning lectures.
