This is the development version of ToxicoGx; to use it, please install the devel version of Bioconductor.

Analysis of Large-Scale Toxico-Genomic Data

Bioconductor version: Development (3.12)

Contains a set of functions to perform large-scale analysis of toxicogenomic data, providing a standardized data structure to hold information relevant to annotation, visualization and statistical analysis of toxicogenomic data.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.0") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

# The following initializes usage of Bioc devel
BiocManager::install(version='devel')

BiocManager::install("ToxicoGx")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
